A fast note about the preserved lemon you do not necessarily require to buy it specifically for this recipe if you don't think you'll utilize it in anything else (since just a very small amount is required), BUT if you do take place to have some in the refrigerator, then I highly recommend it as I think it works exceptionally with the feta.
